30-day return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. That gives you and your pet plenty of time to make sure everything is just right.
How items should come back
To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and in their original packaging. This helps us keep every product safe and clean for the next pet family.
Damaged or wrong item?
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with a few photos and we'll make it right — no hassle, no hoops.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return shipping
Customers cover the cost of return shipping — unless the error was ours, in which case we'll take care of it.
